Get hands-on instruction from Jacob Heppner in this two-day course designed to prepare you for the Tactical Games. Jacob Heppner is a three-time individual CrossFit Games veteran with two top-10 finishes and a career-best finish of seventh in 2016. Dive deep into how the sport operates, safety, strategy, learn effective training techniques, test baseline fitness and marksmanship drills, and finally some full blown stages. You’ll work on gear optimization, practice shooting under an elevated heart rate, and discover the critical details that will set you up for success.

REQURIED GEAR:

Rifle w/Sling, LVPO on top is preferred but not required, at least 4x magnification, 4 rifle magazines, pistol (iron sights or red dot), 4 pistol magazines, pistol holster (level 2 retention preferred), plate carrier (12-15 lbs), ability to hold magazines on your plate carrier, belt, and vest for all 8 of the magazines (4x rifle and 4x pistol), eye protection, ear protection, 250 rounds rifle, 250 rounds pistol (total for the two days), water, food, shorts are okay.

Please have your equipment ready to go before class. We can accommodate small fixes but we need to keep the curriculum moving.
